Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Ensure all garments are in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all Mister Zimi tags still attached to the clothing.
Download Shipping Label
Generate and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized postal location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or credit is processed.
